Overview:
In 2022, Shenzhen Dongfeng established a new 60,000 m² high-end intelligent production base in Shiyan. Zeheng built the intelligent powder coating line for sanitation vehicle tanks.
Strategy:
The solution uses one axis for multi-directional coating, coating multiple sides from a rotating position. It employs Zeheng's "ace combination" of AZ15 heavy-duty axis + rotating R-axis for high-precision positioning, achieving multi-surface coating and detailed bottom coverage. This reduces costs, boosts efficiency, and increases annual output to 5000 tank-type sanitation vehicles per line.
