For the transformation of the vertical line 3, we chose to cooperate with Zeheng again because of the excellent performance of Zeheng NR01 on the vertical line 2 and the advantages of this equipment in Industry 4.0. The commissioning of the new production line has greatly changed the production status of the third line of aluminum profile powder spraying in Nanping Aluminum. In addition to completely replacing the original two powder rooms with one powder room, saving more than 50% of labor, land and energy consumption, it also solved the traditional film thickness problem of aluminum profile surface treatment through intelligent control, intelligent exhaust, advanced structural design, etc., reduced production costs such as powder consumption, made the production site cleaner, and achieved a higher degree of intelligence.

From the design, construction to the launch of the KTL production line, the staff worked together to complete the project early and gave up several holidays such as the Spring Festival. With the help of Zeheng, our production line has completed three major upgrades. The first is the capacity upgrade. The coating production time has been compressed from the original 48 hours to only 4.5 hours, greatly shortening the delivery time; the second is the quality upgrade. The one-time powder coating rate is as high as more than 95%, and the coating film is uniform and resistant to salt spray; the third is the environmental protection upgrade. The powder spraying process fully complies with the national green environmental protection emission standards. This fully automatic intelligent powder spraying line has demonstrated highly excellent and stable productivity. After two years, it is still clean and has no powder overflow. The production line still maintains an efficient level of one component off the line every 10 minutes. In addition, what makes us most satisfied is Zeheng's considerate and reliable service. From the installation of the production line to the production support, the technicians are on site throughout the whole process, adjusting the solution as quickly as possible and providing professional training.
