Overview:
In 2021, JL’s new plant partnered with Zeheng to implement an intelligent automatic coating system using electrostatic powder coating for wheels. This highly automated solution significantly improved efficiency, coating quality, stability, and capacity while reducing labor.

Strategy:

1、Automated Robot + Scientific Gun Layout: Intelligent dual-gun robots replaced manual spraying. With highdynamic precision measurement, they enable fully automated coating—even on complex curves—for greater efficiency and superior finish. Precise start/stop and powdersaving programs ensure a flexible, safe, and simple process.

2、DC50 Central Control System: Zeheng’s DC50 Intelligent Coating Cloud centrally manages the dualgun robots, lightcurtain detection, powder center, and cyclone systems. Realtime data visibility allows fullcycle monitoring and effective workshop management.

Project Value:

1、First-pass product qualification rate: 98%.

2、Multiple colorcoating; booth cleaning and color change completed within 30 min.

3、Monthly equipment failure rate: 0.5%, with monthly cumulative downtime not exceeding 4 hours.
