Overview:
With over 12 years of collaboration, Nanping Aluminum again deployed Zeheng’s NR01-B vertical line in April 2022, transforming its three-line dual-booth setup into a single-booth system to adapt to process changes and accelerate output.
After the upgrade, the line achieved:
·Monthly capacity increase of >20%
·Chain speed increase of 1–1.5 m/min
·Energy savings >50 kW/h
·Color-change time reduced to 5–15 min
·Powder consumption reduced by >10%
Strategy:
Zeheng’s NR01-B vertical system—featuring 19 patents and smart automation for recognition, control, and color change—was customized for Nanping Line 3. It lowers cost and labor while increasing monthly output by >20%.
Project Value :
1、Reduced Number of Booths: A single booth replaces the original dual booths. It meets the chain speed requirements for both shallow and deep groove profiles under the same conditions.
2、Energy Savings: Original dual-booth fan power was 55KW+55KW; now only 60KW is required, saving over 50KW/H.
3、Lower Powder Consumption: Powder recovery rate exceeds 98%, reducing consumption by over 10%.
4、Increased Production Efficiency: Capacity increased by over 20% from the original base. Maximum chain speed improved by 1-1.5 m/min; effective powder coating zone length is ≥5 meters.
5、Improved Quality: Film thickness variation on the same surface (high, medium, low areas) is ≤15μm. Guns coating vertically onto profile decorative surfaces, solving traditional blind spot issues.
6、Cleaner Worksite: Average color change time is 10 min/per, improving efficiency. Side panels, hangers, and floor triple self-cleaning devices ensure a clean production environment.
7、Intelligent Control: Industry 4.0 central control system integrates all electrical equipment in the booth. Reciprocators, guns, extraction systems, and other devices operate in intelligent synergy, optimizing the coating process.
