Precision Coating Control

During robotic coating trajectory operation, parameters such as powder output, air volume, voltage, and current can be adjusted based on the workpiece's characteristics. This allows for various coating settings to achieve the highest quality precision coating, a pioneering precision achievement in the powder coating industry.

Expanded Working Space

The robot performs vertical reciprocating motion, enabling trajectory programming at any effective position according to process requirements. This significantly expands the traditional effective working space, achieving full-range automated spraying of complex workpieces with a minimal robot configuration.

Dust Resistance & Low Energy Consumption

Designed to be installed inside the powder booth, its compact support frame occupies minimal space and barely consumes the system's air extraction capacity. This avoids the need for large openings typically required for robotic coating in conventional setups, reducing both the required configuration and operational costs of the system's air extraction.
